The 25 for every cent reduction in service for the to start with quarter of 2021 will also have an effect on 200 workforce at Air Canada’s Specific carriers, the corporation mentioned Wednesday morning.
“We regret the impression these tricky choices will have on our employees who have worked very challenging throughout the pandemic on the lookout soon after our prospects, as perfectly as on the affected communities,” reported Lucie Guillemette, Air Canada’s government vice president and chief commercial officer, in a statement.
Guillemette claimed greater vacation limits by federal and provincial governments have had an instant effect on the firm’s bookings.
